The Yahoo! Widget Bar touch screen interface is the central element for the Yahoo! Widget Bar, a key customer touch point within Yahoo’s “Go 3.0” product launch event at CES in early January 2008. The purpose of the event is to promote the launch of Yahoo’s new 3.0 version of their Yahoo! Go mobile phone software while reinforcing Go 3.0’s enhanced personalized features.
